U.S. Wellness Meats is offering a $20 discount on the first 50 units sold of Box 4AL to kick off the 4th of July celebration. Each package contains 25 individual packages of 75% lean burger. Lab analysis of U.S. Wellness 75% ground beef in October 2005 demonstrated an omega 6:3 ratio better than 1:1 in favor of omega 3. This has beef on par with fish and chicken in the longevity related omega 6:3 ratio, which is a critical component of our health and speed of aging.

Be sure and study the free range poultry selections. Individual portions are listed at the top of page giving way to 20 pound bundles further down the list with several turkey selections along the way.

Free range lamb is in good supply for the 4th with all store selections in stock. Leg of lamb steak will be the first item to zero out. Lamb spare ribs are on sale through June 28th, 2006.

Pork items are well stocked for the 4th of July. Exceptions are ham slices and pork tenderloins. Pork tenderloins are very difficult to source due to blistering U.S. and Japanese demand for antibiotic free pork with the certified humane label. Natural brats are on sale through June 28th, 2006.
