Leg of Lamb Steaks and Lamb Kabobs are Back!

A new round of great tasting grass-fed lamb has finally arrived. Leg of lamb steaks are well stocked and lamb kabobs are moderately re-stocked. U.S. Wellness sells grass-fed lamb from the Dorper and Katadin "hair sheep" breeds. Both breeds are non wool producers and are noted world wide by chefs for their exquisite flavor and texture. I personally think the primary reason is the lack of oil production that wool sheep send into the hair coat. Mutton was never a favorite in my formative years. What a pleasant surprise grass-fed Dorper and Katadin lambs have proven to be. We strongly think you will agree.
