Grass-fed Meat Goats Arrive Soon

Grass-fed goat will be introduced on Friday, September 29, 2006. U.S. Wellness Meats is working with a network of 3 highly experienced grass-fed meat goat producers in Central and Southern Missouri. The goats are raised without hormones and antibiotics. The meat was fabricated last week and the butcher remarked how lean the finished product appeared.

The U.S. Wellness Meats management team will be sending meat samples to the Iowa State Meat Science Lab this week to run fatty acid, protein and calorie tests. Look for data in a future news release. We are most curious as we have not been able to source much of a data base to date.

We have been promised an extensive list of recipes which will be published shortly after arrival. However, $25 store coupons will be issued for the first 50 goat recipes we receive!
