U.S. Wellness is thankful for recent rains that made a very timely mid August visit. Fortunately, amounts were far under the whoppers that befell many areas of the Midwest. I crossed the Mississippi River this evening and observed a dramatic rise in the Mississippi in the past 2 days. Flood crests will be far below 1993 levels but over flood stage for an unusual August flood.

Pastures have relished the rain after 2 months of short water rations. It is always fun to watch the rapid pasture transformation after a period of dry weather.

Speaking of transformations, you will note changes in the CATEGORY LIST of the company store. The first change is the grass-fed lamb category. You now have sub-categories to pick from to save shopping time. For example, if steaks or chops are headed for your grill, you need only to click on the lamb chops and steak category for those items.

In time we will fix all categories to simplify the shopping process. We have added too many new items in the past year and it is time to clean up the clutter.
