  • 2 flatiron steaks (17 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tea spoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 tea spoon parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • - cup cabernet sauvignon wine
  • - tea spoon dry mustard
  • generous amount fresh ground pepper
  • celtic sea salt to taste


1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate flatirons for one hour
2. Grill over hot coals for a short 4 minutes per side. Best prepared to medium rare for maximum tenderness.
3. 2 servings

5. 18 minutes to cook and prepare for the table
