It is hard to believe the nation's 231st birthday is just around the corner. I am old enough to well remember the 200th anniversary and find it hard to believe time is going by so fast!

We have great interaction with our customer base; consequently, we find it most interesting how many are racing back to buying direct from farmers, planting their own gardens, making the sojourn to the local farmers market and avoiding the processed foods industry the best they know how. In short . . . setting down to a 1776 4th of July meal would make their day and mine too.
