We have had a busy week here catching up from another successful Weston A. Price Conference. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to sample organ sausages, snack sticks and jerky! This is one of our favorite conferences - we always learn so much and it is always a pleasure meeting new friends and customers. We would like to wish all of our readers and customers a happy early Thanksgiving! Here at US Wellness we are truly thankful for being able to serve you for another year and are proud to be your source for quality proteins year round. We wish everyone reading a blessed and relaxing Thanksgiving weekend.

We will only ship Monday and Tuesday this week, so if you need an order to ship please have your order in by 10:00 am CST on Tuesday, November 22.
If you are still wondering what to serve this week, our friends at the Primal Palate have put together an amazing menu of Thanksgiving favorites from the main course to dessert - all paleo approved! Fore more amazing recipe ideas and mouth-watering photos add the Make It Paleo cookbook to your next order. Check out our recipe section below for a turkey and stuffing recipe that Hayley & Bill enjoyed a few weeks ago!
Northwestern University Feinburg School of Medicine has released an alarming new report, indicating the heart disease epidemic is not only getting worse, but is now attacking people at much younger ages. Our youth are at a much higher risk of facing early death because of heart disease, due to a number of symptoms that are all very avoidable with a healthy diet and lifestyle:
- Terrible Diets
- High Blood Sugar
- Overweight or Obese
- Low Physical Activity
- High Cholesterol
- Blood Pressure
For more details on this study read the full report here. A diet high in omega-3 fatty acids and low in processed foods, sugar and salt would help alleviate most of the problems. Following a paleo lifestyle wouldn't be a bad idea either as they promote physical activity and improving sleep quality.
One of our unique steak cuts is on sale this week - the Flat Irons are a great buy for the price. If you haven't tried one yet we highly recommend this coffee marinated recipe!
US Wellness has been very proud to work with Paleo Magazine on their Fueling the Fire project, which is sending paleo care packages to troops stationed overseas. We are huge supporters of our military and making sure they have access to clean food sources is very important to us. For more information and details on how to get involved visit Fueling the Fire.
Once again we wish you and yours a happy Thanksgiving week and we truly appreciate your continued patronage and support.

Dr. Eric Serrano MD, MS, BC
Question and Answer Column
Hello Dr. Serrano,
What did you mean by the amino acids MS and MR? I would like to get clarification on the cellulite portion of last answer.
My apologies, what I meant was Muscle Synthesis, which is a formula based on the ratio of amino acids for optimal lean body mass gain and fat loss. MR 100 means a 100% muscle recovery before a workout. This formula prevents muscle breakdown.
Basically they work together to gain muscle and lose fat, and they are on the simplest form your body needs so it is easily absorbed without causing stomach upset or digestive problems.

I just had a US Wellness ground lamb

We are happy to introduce a new section in our News Alerts that will shine some light on a featured US Wellness Wholesale customer. We have many wholesale outlets around the country that many customers may not be aware of, so this is our chance to brag about them! If you are interested in becoming a US Wellness wholesaler, simply drop us an email at: email@example.com.
Every year we look forward to the Weston A. Price Conference mainly because we get to see so many friends that we only get to see once a year! We have many affiliates and wholesale customers that are also WAP followers, and we meet up every year to learn more about the latest happenings in the food industry.
One group that is always well represented is the Whole Life Buying Club, led by John Moody. He is also a Weston A. Price chapter leader in his area, and a great leader in the food freedom movement. He fights for the right to choose and has led a strong stand for raw milk availability.
We are proud to be John's source for organ sausages, spare ribs, and beef jerky that gets sent to his buying group. They are true believers in the health benefits of grass-fed organ meats and fats. We have many chapters that go in together to place large wholesale orders and everyone saves by buying in bulk. For more information on how to get involved in a local chapter or start a new one in your area, visit their website.
