"You can find gyros using any variety of meat: chicken, beef, lamb, or pork. My favorite is the slow roasted lamb. To simplify things and reduce cooking time, I used US Wellness Meat's ground grass-fed lamb and marinated it in spices and lemon juice. A quick 8 minutes on the grill and you have yourself a burger that has all of the flavors of the traditional Gyro."
