If you're planting heirloom varieties, remember to save some seeds aside for next year. Unlike hybrids, heirlooms are open-pollinated which allow you to save for the next planting season. Some favorite heirloom tomato varieties are: Brandywine, Green Zebra, Black Krim, and Cherokee. A grass-fed burger topped with a ripe, garden fresh tomato is one of the best things under the sun.

"Pemmican is convenient and a healthy choice... consistency of pemmican is close to a hard nut butter. Pemmican has a wonderful flavor and is easy to scoop out of canister. I feel there is not much of a taste difference between the plain or cherry Pemmican they both taste very similar. I give Pemmican an A++++ and will order again!

This old world Italian sauce is rich with shredded roasted beef, fresh herbs and a splash of red wine.
In this recipe, chuck roast gets seared in butter, and then slowly simmered in garlicky tomatoes and beef stock until tender for rich, beefy flavor in every bite. There are no fancy ingredients in this recipe, but the end result is truly something special.
