Golden Globe Update | Finding Wind Istvan is currently sailing in 4th place in the Golden Globe Race. Two sailors have finished the 30,000 mile race and 3 more are still heading toward France. Istvan is within 900 miles of 3rd place but has had difficulty finding enough wind for the sails. He's also using a re-engineered steering mechanism that he put together several thousand miles ago. The finish line is within 2000 miles. After 8 months surviving on fish and pemmican for protein, we're thinking Istvan is probably ready for a good burger! Track the Golden Globe Race here!
