Furry Friend Valentine
While Valentines Day celebrates love and relationships, we would be remiss if we didn't remember our furry friends. Many of us have pets we consider part of the family. Loyal, dependable, trustworthy, and always willing to snuggle up on the couch or take a walk, pets offer their people a companion and friend. They love us. We love them. While we discuss people health quite a bit, let's not forget that the health, nutrition, and well-being of our pets is also important. If you have ever lost a pet, you know how much they are missed. There's a void that cannot easily be filled, not unlike losing a people friend or loved one. We believe it's vitally important to know your food by knowing where it comes from, how it's raised, and what goes into it. The same goes for your furry friend. Processed people food and pet food have some similarities. Ultra-processed foods tend to be loaded with chemical additives, colorings, artificial ingredients, excessive amounts of sugar, carbohydrates, corn and soybean derivatives. Synthetic vitamins that are difficult for the body to utilize are often added to make the label 'look' healthier.
If you're determined to eat healthy, consider feeding your pet a healthy diet too. Check out our Discover Blog for information on starting your pet on a raw food diet. Did you know Bone Broth for Pets can help heal their insides too. We have a convenient Starter Raw Pet Food Bundle and a whole category devoted to pets in our store if you're ready to get started.
Regenerative Farming | The Rest Of The Story
US Wellness farms raise animals the way nature intended - roaming green pastures, not confined to a feed lot. When you choose US Wellness as your farmer and online meat market, you can rest assured your food will contain NO antibiotics, NO pesticides, NO herbicides, NO GMOs, and NO added growth hormones. These additives and chemicals have absolutely no place in holistic farming. Our farms are committed to healing the land much like prominent ecologist, Allan Savory promotes in his popular Ted Talk.
Follow us into the pasture as new paddocks are opened and biodiversity takes shape on the farm.

Product Feature | Create A Personalized Diet For Your Genetics
"Of course, you know that every human being looks different on the outside. But it’s easy to assume that we all work the same way on the inside. After all, we have the same organs and our bodies function in the same basic way. Yet, that’s where the similarity ends…You see, your biology and genetics are unique… and that means so are your dietary requirements. This is why two people can follow the same diet and achieve very different results. It is also why a healthy food for someone else… could actually make YOU sick!"
