Eat Out Naturally

We love good food! We want it to be clean, wholesome, nutrient-dense and delicious! That desire has inspired us to raise foods that are environmentally friendly through regenerative farming practices, but this is also the reason why our food is so delicious and nutritious. When you focus on the root issues like soil and water, you end up with a superior product and the earth is happy too. Extra Bonus: Our children and grandchildren will benefit from our work today.

Some of the finest restaurants in all the land have decided this makes sense too. When customers dine at one of our partner restaurants, you can order food grown on our farms, right off the menu. We love that so many are cooking at home, but we recognize that every now and then it's nice to eat out. The restaurants that serve our food are top notch and share our desire for delicious & nutritious!

Health & Wellness | Tips To Boost Immunity

In a recent Yale study, researchers found that a ketogenic diet was effective in boosting immunity.

This study shows that the way the body burns fat to produce ketone bodies from the food we eat can fuel the immune system to fight flu infection.” ~ Science Immunology, Dr. Vishwa Dixit

Grandma was right about the bone broths too. A good bone broth helps the body boost immunities by keeping the gut healthy. Kelley Herring shares some more strategies to keep the family healthy during this flu season and how to reach ketosis quicker.

Guide To Duck Fat | Uses, Cooking, and Recipes

What is duck fat? It's been a staple in gourmet restaurants and commercial kitchens for generations. Now, it's becoming more popular in home kitchens too. It's an excellent source of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), and Omega-3 fatty acids all of which offer health benefits like improved gut health, immune function, brain health, hormone function, just to name a few. Read our Guide to Duck Fat: Uses, Cooking, and Recipes for all the details.

New Products

We've added several new products to the store recently. If you love our grass-fed lamb, you'll love these Lamb Burger Patties. These are formed into patties (4-4 oz) and ready for your grill or skillet. We've also added Heritage Pork Kabobs to the menu. Our pork is pasture raised heirloom breeds for outstanding flavor and nutrition. Fido will love this last one. Ground Lamb Bones make an excellent calcium & phosphorus supplement for dogs. This is especially important to help prevent arthritis, hip dysplasia, and improve overall bone health of your furry friend. Ask your vet how to incorporate this supplement into you pet's diet.

How Dead Soil and Toxins Reduce Food Nutrients

By Dr. Mercola

A recent article in Scientific American laments the sad state of nutrition in food, pointing to a lack of microbial soil diversity, likely an effect of genetically engineered plants bred to withstand multiple applications of insecticides and pesticides. However, the information is not new.

Pasture Raised Duck Fat

Free Range Duck Fat

"What a surprise!"

"I ordered the duck fat because I'd heard some buzz about it. I'm having trouble incorporating more good fat into my diet so I figured I'd give it a try. After reading all the surprising ways people use it I got a little daring. First I substituted duck fat for half the oil to make popcorn on the stove. It was so good I then tried using rendered bacon fat (Wellness) for the other half. Wow! Then I read duck fat can be used as a butter substitute for baking. This gave me pause but I did a half and half trial. I'm completely amazed!"
