Burn Better Fuel

If your car or truck is designed to burn unleaded gasoline, you wouldn't expect to get very far filling up with sugar water or even diesel. It's harmful for the vehicle and because of this the manufacturer's warranty is voided by using the wrong fuel. You would never intentionally put diesel fuel in a gas engine or vice versa. The consequences are not pretty. Likewise, the human body is designed to run on fuel made by nature. The body can not be expected to perform very well or for very long running on poor quality fuel.

There has been quite a bit of news lately about laboratory designed foods, GMOs, and policies effecting food. We still have choices, just like you have a choice at the gas station. We believe good nutrition, proper nutrition comes from nature, not a mad scientist or political policy. Holistic farming practices help heal the planet by capturing atmospheric carbon, building soil, and improving air and water quality. Our commitment to our customers is that we will continue to provide the highest quality, nutritionally dense foods we can raise in nature with nature's help. We will not sell food made in a laboratory and tell you it's good to eat! That's our promise to you!

Family Farms | Raising High Quality Food

Did you know that the owners of US Wellness are the actual farmers? They aren't corporate bigwigs, but real life, rural farmers with decades of experience in regenerative farming. US Wellness owners are on the farm every day walking and talking with the animals, moving pastures, and overseeing the grounds that make lush green, native forage into nutrient dense food. Lots of sunshine, water, and healthy soils combined with a love for the land is what makes US Wellness Meats stand apart. Our sincere thanks to all those who support regenerative farming. Make sure you know where your food comes from. Know your food...know your farmer!

Shout Out | Odd Delicacies

We support nose-to-tail eating because organs, bones, and various other parts of the animals we raise are packed with nutrition & flavor. Why would anybody want to waste something so valuable? We don't know, but that's why you'll find a variety of organ meats, sausages, bones, fats, and more in our store. Some might consider this odd, while others recognize them as delicacies. Our thanks to @ralph_ospina for sharing his nose-to-tail meal of lamb sweetbreads and beef tongue.

Plague of White Death

(Red Letter Discount Code In This Article)

By Dr. Al Sears

Back in the 1970s, when Arnold Schwarzenegger was at the peak of his bodybuilding career, he used the term “white death” to refer to the two ingredients he eliminated from his diet… sugar and white flour.

I can’t think of a better description.

In the 19th century, Americans consumed about 2 pounds of sugar annually. Today, the average child consumes 64 pounds of sugar annually.

The Diabetes "Cure"

Discover The One Easy Thing That Leads To Remission

For 9 Out Of 10 People

By Kelley Herring

Diabetes is a public health crisis. In fact, 52% of the adult population in the US now suffers from Type-2 diabetes or prediabetes. Worldwide, the number of diabetics has quadrupled over the last 35 years!

And while diabetes alone has a grim prognosis, what makes it even more insidious is that it sets the stage for many other of the chronic diseases, including cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s.

However, unlike those other chronic diseases. There is some great news about diabetes itself. And that is that it can be reversed in most cases.

Greek Meatballs

By Morgan Simon, Well Thymed

"These are one of my very favorite dinners to serve – both for an easy weeknight dinner for my family (they are great to prep ahead of time!) or for guests! Paired with tzatziki, a Greek salad, and roasted potatoes, they are as close as it gets to dinner perfection!"

Our thanks to May Featured Chef, Morgan Simon, for sharing this exquisite

Greek Meatball recipe.

grass-fed steaks

Happy cattle relishing a winter cover crop of ryegrass, naturally occurring meadow foxtail, and spring annual shepherds purse plant. After three mornings of hard frost the third week of April, Mother Nature has cranked up a great grass growing week. Warm days and warm nights have produced the best forage growing week of the year. The underground soil biology has been waiting for this week all winter to share the winter store of soil carbon and minerals with the above ground solar cell energy receptors. When this system meshes with April showers the forage supply booms after three months off for winter.

Order Minimums

All orders must weigh at least 7 lbs in order to ship, to ensure everything stays frozen during transit.

$75 minimum purchase requirement, since we have built the cost of shipping into the price of each product.

You will never be charged extra for shipping.

There is a $9.50 handling fee upon checkout that helps defray the cost of insulated packaging materials.

South Carolina Chicken & Soy Free Pork Bundles ship from a separate location, so they are not included in the 7 lb weight minimum. The shopping cart will keep track and remind you if your order is under the 7 lb minimum.

BONUS Weight Discount

Receive a $25 discount for every 40 lbs you order. This offer excludes items that ship separate such as the South Carolina Chicken, Soy Free Pork and Fresh Bundles.

This is our way of saying thank-you for purchasing in bulk!

This can be any combination of products totaling 40 lbs and does not have to be specific to any category. Each 40 lb interval will yield the discount - for example, order 80 lbs and we'll take $50 off!
